Captain Miller from Saving Private Ryan

HELMET:
Soldier Story helmet and liner, with the bails repositioned, and custom cork texture and hand-painted insignia
BGT Chinstrap
Armorpax Chinstrap Buckles
BBI Liner Chinstrap
HEADSCULPT:
DID, repainted. I repainted the eyes to look less cross-eyed and the rosy red mouth. Made him paler as well. I also added heavier bags under the eyes and some dirt and grime copied from production stills, included the little wound on Hank's right ear towards the end of the movie.
SHIRT
DML Officer's chocolate brown wool shirt (the correct shirt for Captain Miller. He didn't wear the regular mustard shade officer's shirt)
JACKET
BBI, with some altered details, including BGT brown buttons, BGT Ranger's patch, hand-sewn onto the uniform
PANTS
DID with BGT 13-star metal HBT buttons (I went through 3 pairs of these pants until I found the correct shade. The others will be used for other figure projects.
VEST
Soldier Story with metal tabs added, repainted and reshaped.
BOOTS AND LEGGINGS
Newline boots with Soldier Story leggings.
THOMPSON AND KERR SLING
DID Real wood and metal, striped and repainted. The Kerr sling was custom made. Having owned a few real Kerr slings in the past, I noticed the weave of the webbing is actually VERY tight, not like the webbing on regular field gear. So I opted to make the strap out of a custom cut strip of suede leather, painted in the same dark yellow color. The hardware was cut from sheet tin.
FIELD GEAR
A mix of DID, Soldier Story, BGT, and DML with Panzerwerk lift-the-dots.
