作者一開始用膠板和magic sculpt做的原型

這是翻模後的組件  膝蓋的護甲是唯一沒分左右的零件  要cast 2次

準備的材料和工具是 精雕油泥, magic scuplt(一種美國土,比super scuplt更硬,AB混合不用烘培自然硬化),液狀乳膠,不同形狀的筆刀(用來雕刻)和平頭螺絲起子

第一步當然選定素體,作者選的素體是HT新素體和三太極的. 作者首先分解了素體可是這沒什麼必要,主要是為了方便假組.
改造的第一部份是手臂.在盔甲穿上的地方鋪一層精雕油泥, 假設那一層泥是布料這樣穿上去才剛剛好.

然後小心把油泥拉下, 在其表面上覆蓋magic scuplt(以下簡稱ms). MS要多鋪一點方便打磨塑型. 右邊是油泥拉下後立刻鋪上的, 左邊是加工過的

接下來就是清掉盔甲裡的油泥. 裝上去試試應該是穿得上的, 而且還有一點空間, 不然你的電鑽有麻煩了.

下臂的盔甲是一件式的, 上臂分開2件比較麻煩.
一樣把油泥和MS鋪上, 但只鋪一半而已, 另一半消後再做. 接下來打磨成型, 把想要的外型和分模線整理整齊. 然後在另一半鋪上油泥準備做另一邊.

再接合口上塗上一層薄薄的乳膠

最後一步就是上MS, 打磨塑型.
必須注意的是乳膠不要直接碰到皮膚.

這是作者2月份更新的, 已經做到脛的部份了. 分模線還不能隱藏好必須進一步加工
接下來就是做膝蓋的盔甲
