“铁拳”３０型技术诸元：
射程：　　三十米〔最大四十米〕
　　总重：　　５．２２公斤
　　弹头重量：三公斤
　　弹头直径：一百五十毫米
　　初速：　　三十米／秒
　　穿甲力：　二百毫米〔命中角度三十度〕

插入引信

在运输时为了确保安全，铁拳的弹头内没有装入引信，只有在使用前，才将其插入。
和手榴弹一样，铁拳的引信也是放置在搬运箱中。

当铁拳在搬运时，在弹头和发射筒之间插有一根保险固定针，起着固定两部分的作用。只有当引信插入弹头后，才可将保险针拔出，如上图所示。

在拔出保险针后，扳起瞄准器，向前推入击铁张紧装置〔其中的弹簧被压缩〕。

Entsichern：解除保险

在完全推入击铁弹簧后，瞄准具后方的发射钮将自动弹出，而击铁被弹回原位，随即将击铁向左旋动，最终解除保险。此时铁拳将进入发射状态。

Entspannen：解除击铁

如果想中止发射，则需将击铁扳回垂直位置。同时紧压击铁底部，然后按下发射钮〔图中黑色箭头〕，击铁张紧装置随即将被弹出〔图中白色箭头〕。至此，发射状态被完全解除。

上图说明如何瞄准三十米外的敌Ｔ－３４／７６坦克



　　由于弹头的初速为三十米／秒，若敌军坦克的时速为三十公里／小时，也即为８．３３米／秒，所以对于提前偏差量的目测计算也就必不可少了。

在早期的型号中只有中间为三十米距离的刻度，而在后期型中又加上了二十米和四十米距离时的刻度
