34th Infantry Division BAR Team, Tunisia- April 1943

It's been a while for me here....I have portrayed here a BAR team, with the hope of portraying and reflecting the early doctrine of the BAR. I can't tell you how many times while reading about the BAR I would come across bits and pieces of the BAR assistant gunners. I t raised a lot of questions for me. I found it aggravating to hear about how the assistants and then later, other members of the squad carried spare ammo, but I was always wondering "how"? I did a fair bit of research for this and the pair of figures is outside my normal comfort zone. Normally I go for the "generic" figure, someone who blends in with the time frame I am trying to represent. These two figures are based on my research, I have little photographic evidence for them- I do have written accounts and that's what I used.
