“Ghost Division; 1940”

Various elements of the 7th Panzer Division as they coordinate their move across Belgium in May of 1940.
Schutzen squad of the 3 Kompanie, I. Battallion,6 Schutzen-Regiment,7.Schutzen-Brigade and their Kruppe Protze, a BMW motorcycle from the 7 Motorcycle Battalion and a Panzer I from the HQ group of the division’s 25th Panzer Regiment, I Battalion.
The Panzer I was at the last moment and that is the reason most of the images are without the tank. As soon as I placed the tank in its spot, it started to rain!
I’m glad I inlcuded the tank. The motorcycle is a new BMW from DML/CH, and he three motorcycle troopers are old but had never been photographed. The rest of the pieces have been previously posted. I put this together for an early war diorama contest at MDFC
