The words on the flag are： ‘Ten Sisters’ battlefield ambulance team of Montain Lao.
Background is the Self defense counterattack against Vietnam on the border between China and Vietnam in 1987. Ten brave female soldiers formed battlefield ambulance team and saved many soldiers' lives, they are very famous and respected by people.
