The Alert Line figures are 1943 pattern uniforms. Due to wartime shortages women often wore mens uniforms.

Womens uniforms.

Pre and early war uniforms consisted of the standard issue gimnastiorka as worn by the men, however they were tailored and seamed to fit the female upper body form and the front button fly was reversed to that of the mens tunics....

Generally during the war, particularly in the field women made do and wore and adapted the same issue uniforms as worn by the men.

历史的真实制服男兵和女兵的开襟方向是相反的，你看到的与男兵一样的开襟方向的制服是电影道具不是原品。不过也有个别例外的情况，我估计不是配发的，或者是美国援助的制服。

Yes, it's best to ignore the movie props.

The actual reason is:

Prewar and early war tunics were tailored for women and the button direction was reversed to that of men's tunics.

During the war women had to make do and use the same issue tunics as worn by the men.

The Alert Line figures use the 1943 pattern uniforms, and are men's tunics.
